Subway admitted that they were warned multiple times about their spokesperson Jared Fogle being a child molester.

Subway acknowledged Friday that it had been warned in 2011 about Jared Fogle’s interest in young girls, but had not responded because there was no indication its then-spokesman had acted on the attraction.

If that’s not enough, their bread has so much sugar in it, the country of Ireland refuses to classify it as bread.

In a judgment published on Tuesday, the court ruled that the bread served at Subway, the US chain that hawks giant sandwiches in 110 countries and territories, could not in fact be defined as bread because of its high sugar content.
